In the last 25 years, I went from a struggling, overworked, stressed out project manager to a leader of successful projects like NASCAR pit stop improvement projects and portfolios of projects for worldwide organizational transformations. My efforts are featured in one of Time Magazine’s 25 Most Influential Business Management Books, The Goal, by Eliyahu Goldratt. It contains an interview by Fortune Magazine’s Editor at Large about my experiences with the process of ongoing improvement.

Education

My grey hair should indicate to you I have a number of learning experiences under my belt, but I earned my Bachelor of Science––Organizational Development & Leadership from Purdue University, School of Technology, Department of Supervision and my Associates of Applied Science––Electrical Engineering from the Indiana Vocational Technical College.

Certifications

I’m certified by and a Founding Member of the Theory of Constraints International Certification Organization (TOCICO). I’m certified by the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA) in the areas of demand driven MRP and project management.
